OneWater Marine to Acquire Denison Yachting

OneWater Marine has announced in a statement that the company will acquire American-based yacht broker, Denison Yachting.

OneWaterMarine operates numerous boat and yacht dealerships across the U.S. The acquisition of Denison, with 70 years of brokerage history, will usher in an expansion of OneWater’s presence in the superyacht industry, as well as yacht brokerage and ancillary yacht services, and is due for final completion inOneWater's fiscal third quarter.

In 2021, Denison recorded sales exceeding $80 million. With the acquisition, OneWater will add 21 locations across seven states.
