Suntex Marina Investors announced today that it has acquired The Marinas at Little Harbor. Located in Ruskin, Florida and formerly known as Antigua Cove and Village Marina, the Marinas at Little Harbor offers a deepwater marina complex featuring a well-protected basin on Tampa Bay. It's property includes slips for vessels up to 65-feet in length and pedestals that support 30- and 50-amp electric, freshwater hookup and waste tank pump out. The East Marina and dry stack building can accommodate 205 boats up to 46-feet in length in a fully enclosed building and has outdoor racks for 33 vessels. The West Marina includes Sunset Grill Restaurant and access to a private beach.
MarineMax, Inc. the world’s largest recreational boat and yacht retailer, announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Intrepid Powerboats out of Long Boat Key in Florida. MarineMax expects the acquisition to close before December 31, 2021. An award-winning maker of custom boats, Intrepid follows a direct-to-consumer distribution model and produced revenue in excess of $60 million in the last twelve months.
